In spite of each message possessing many very interesting properties, you must pay attention to your choices. Abusive usage of certain properties may diminish the effect and impact of the message.
For example, if you send a message in Continuous mode, the message will be posted continuously at the clients end. If you send a second message of the same Level property (with the same background colour), the clients may not notice that there is a new message that has been posted, especially if they have deactivated the sound warning. You must use the Continuous mode with caution. The best use of this mode is when you need to shutdown a production server which will affect many users. Therefore, send an Alert level message in Continuous mode and when everything has returned to normal, cancel the message.
