Notational conventions

The following terms, typing elements and symbols have been used in this manual:

Convention	Description
Bold	Buttons, zones, column headers, commands in a command line, options, icons, dialog box's titles, lists, menu names, tabs and commands appear in bold characters.
Italic	Characters or commands that you type appear in italic characters.
UPPER CASE	Keyboard keys appear in upper case (ex. : CTRL, ENTER)
Monospace font	Text shown on a command prompt and contents of  a text file appear using a monospace font.
