From the Pigeon Server Configuration interface, you can select the language used by the configuration interface as well as the language used by the Pigeon Server.



In the TCP port, specify the TCP port number you wish listen for Pigeon Client's incoming calls. By default, this value is 3100. If you have some Pigeon Clients version 3.x installed, avoid using port number 3103. The communication between Client v3.x and Client v4 or higher is different and incompatible. Instead, check the Clients v3.x check box. An extra listener will be started to intercept Pigeon Clients v3.x on TCP port 3103 while giving you the opportunity to select any other TCP port for Clients v4 and higher.

You may select to Purge Users on maintenance and/or Purge Machines on maintenance to purge these tables from the database on the maintenance cycle.

NOTE:   Selecting a language from the list instantly changes the language used by the configuration interface. But for the Pigeon Server to use the newly selected language, you will need to stop and restart the Pigeon Server service.
