This is where you manage the Pigeon groups you belong to. Pigeon groups may be assigned to yourself (cxnoel in the example below) or to all users using this computer.
When a new message is created, it can be forwarded to everyone (whether listed in a group or not), to a list of users (using their LoginID), to a list of machines (using the Machine Names), to Domain groups (if such groups are used in your organisation) or to a Pigeon group(s).
These last groups are used by the Pigeon Communication System only.
For example, if there are more than one user using this machine and all users belong to the Sales group, add it to the For all users list. So, if a message is sent to the Sales group, everyone using that machine will receive the message including yourself. If the message is sent to the Sales Administrator group and this group has been added to your personal list, then only you will receive it.
You can add as many Pigeon groups as required in any of the lists.
