| · | Level: Select one of the 3 available levels:

| 1. | Message (over a green background), is normally used to send information to users. This is the default pre-selected level;
|
| 2. | Warning (over a yellow background), used to advise about potential problem;
|
| 3. | Alert (over a red background), used to alert about actual problem, failure or danger.
|
| · | Lifetime: Select one of these 3 values:
|
| 1. | One shot to connected users: The message will be posted to designated users already connected to the network. Those who will connect after the message submission will not receive the message. This is the default pre-selected lifetime;
|
| 2. | Repeat at every client's login: The message will be posted to designated users already connected to the network as well as those who will connect later. The message will also reappear on the user's screen at their next login until the message is destroyed or disabled;
|
| 3. | Once to every users: All designated users will receive the message only once: immediately if they are already logged on the network otherwise on their next login. The message will never be displayed again on the user's screen unless it is still active in the Pigeon Server's list after 30 days. The Pigeon Client keeps a trace of these messages for 30 days.
|
| · | Message: Type in the message you want to post to designated users. Avoid long sentences.
|
| · | Optional groups: If this box is empty, every Pigeon Clients will receive the message. In this case, the system will ask you if this is what you want. Otherwise, you may target clients entering a User ID, a Machine Name, pre-defined Pigeon Group or a Domain group, or any combination of these. Names must be separated by a semicolon (;).
