In a large network where more than one Pigeon Server is installed, you can connect to any of them to administer the messages and templates. However, you will only get the list of User and Machines connected to that Pigeon Server because this information is not replicated between all Pigeon Servers. This is by design to reduce the load on the Pigeon Servers.
